Niina Nurmi is one of Finland's most well-known working life influencers, with over 20 years of experience in business and personnel development.

In her current job at Puro Pro Oy Niina helps companies and work communities to grow in a sustainable way. She knows technology industrial sector well and the business leaders in the society are relying on her expertise. Niina is also a founder member of the region's Technology Cluster.

In addition, Niina was elected as the Recruiter of the Year in Finland in 2020.
